Shipping Methods

We currently ship to the continental United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Most orders ship within 1 business day from the time the order is placed and take 1 to 6 business days to reach their destination.

Oversize Item Delivery

If the item you purchased is larger or heavier than a standard item (e.g. Refrigerator, Large TV, Fitness Equipment, Furniture) a different shipping process will apply:

• If your item was shipped via a freight carrier, you will be contacted by Beach Audio, Inc's carrier to set up a delivery date and time. If you have questions, please contact Beach Audio, Inc.
• Someone over the age of 18 will need to be home to accept delivery.
• Please remove all packing materials and carefully inspect your product the same day that it is delivered. Should you discover concealed damage, it is extremely important that the damage be reported to Beach Audio, Inc immediately.

Refund Policy

Returns without the Online RA form will be refused. This form will include the proper address to send the return. Shipping charges are not refundable. We cannot take back returns without the original box and packing materials.

Exchanges & Replacements

We do not offer replacements or exchanges. You can return an item for a refund and place a separate new order if you would like a replacement.
