Shipping Methods

For Small Parcel shipments, delivery usually takes between 1 and 10 business days after your order is picked up from the warehouse.

Oversize Item Delivery

If the item you purchased is larger or heavier than a standard item (e.g. Refrigerator, Large TV, Fitness Equipment, Furniture) a different shipping process will apply:

• If your item was shipped via a freight carrier, you will be contacted by Wayfair's carrier to set up a delivery date and time. If you have questions, please contact Wayfair.
• Someone over the age of 18 will need to be home to accept delivery.
• Please remove all packing materials and carefully inspect your product the same day that it is delivered. Should you discover concealed damage, it is extremely important that the damage be reported to Wayfair immediately.
