Shipping Methods

BestBuy.com Marketplace items sold by Electronic Express will ship within 1-2 business days of the completed order via USPS or FedEx. Electronic Express ships only to physical addresses in the US lower 48 states.

Oversize Item Delivery

If the item you purchased is larger or heavier than a standard item (e.g. Refrigerator, Large TV, Fitness Equipment, Furniture) a different shipping process will apply:

• If your item was shipped via a freight carrier, you will be contacted by Electronic Express' carrier to set up a delivery date and time. If you have questions, please contact Electronic Express.
• Someone over the age of 18 will need to be home to accept delivery.
• Please remove all packing materials and carefully inspect your product the same day that it is delivered. Should you discover concealed damage, it is extremely important that the damage be reported to Electronic Express immediately.
