Oversize Item Delivery

If the item you purchased is larger or heavier than a standard item (e.g. Refrigerator, Large TV, Fitness Equipment, Furniture) a different shipping process will apply:
  • If your item was shipped via a freight carrier, you will be contacted by UnbeatableSale's carrier to set up a delivery date and time. If you have questions, please contact UnbeatableSale.
  • Someone over the age of 18 will need to be home to accept delivery.
  • Please remove all packing materials and carefully inspect your product the same day that it is delivered. Should you discover concealed damage, it is extremely important that the damage be reported to UnbeatableSale immediately.

How To Return Your Order

In order to receive proper credit on your return, please contact us via email at bestbuy@unbeatablesale.com for an RA. Once you receive an RA via email - all items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

Refund Policy

We do not issue prepaid return labels, and we do not refund original shipping cost if you decide that you do not want the order after it has been submitted. All returns must be in their original carton with all packing material intact.

Exchanges & Replacements

If the items is damaged in transit or DOA an exchange will be made or refund issued.
