Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping: transit time 5-10 business days to Continental US. Expedited shipping : transit time 3-5 business days to Continental US. UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS 3rd Day Service: transit time 2-3 business days respectively.

Oversize Item Delivery

If the item you purchased is larger or heavier than a standard item (e.g. Refrigerator, Large TV, Fitness Equipment, Furniture) a different shipping process will apply:
  • If your item was shipped via a freight carrier, you will be contacted by eForCity's carrier to set up a delivery date and time. If you have questions, please contact eForCity.
  • Someone over the age of 18 will need to be home to accept delivery.
  • Please remove all packing materials and carefully inspect your product the same day that it is delivered. Should you discover concealed damage, it is extremely important that the damage be reported to eForCity immediately.

How To Return Your Order

Please call (888) 891-2489 or email bestbuy-service@eforcity.com to obtain your Returned Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number. Unopened items may be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of invoice date. All returns should include an RMA number and a copy of original invoice number.

Refund Policy
