Shipping Methods

Orders are typically shipped UPS or USPS, however Fedex or Trucking is sometimes used as well.

Oversize Item Delivery

If the item you purchased is larger or heavier than a standard item (e.g. Refrigerator, Large TV, Fitness Equipment, Furniture) a different shipping process will apply:
  • If your item was shipped via a freight carrier, you will be contacted by Mr. Vac and Mrs. Sew's carrier to set up a delivery date and time. If you have questions, please contact Mr. Vac and Mrs. Sew.
  • Someone over the age of 18 will need to be home to accept delivery.
  • Please remove all packing materials and carefully inspect your product the same day that it is delivered. Should you discover concealed damage, it is extremely important that the damage be reported to Mr. Vac and Mrs. Sew immediately.

How To Return Your Order

Please contact Customer Service at 1(800)-640-8227 to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA Number).

Refund Policy

Mr. Vac and Mrs. Sew offers a 30 day full refund (less shipping charges) or exchange on merchandise purchased on Best Buy Marketplace. All returns must be pre-authorized and must be sent back to us in exactly the same condition as you received.

Exchanges & Replacements

We extend a 30 day period from date of receipt for returns and exchanges, less shipping and handling. Merchandise must be returned in original, unused, mint condition, as shipped.
