Shipping Methods

Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days once the order is placed. Please note that some orders might be delayed due to shipping regulations. We only ship within the Continental United States and we do not ship to Military addresses.

Oversize Item Delivery

If the item you purchased is larger or heavier than a standard item (e.g. Refrigerator, Large TV, Fitness Equipment, Furniture) a different shipping process will apply:

• If your item was shipped via a freight carrier, you will be contacted by Best Service Stores' carrier to set up a delivery date and time. If you have questions, please contact Best Service Stores.
• Someone over the age of 18 will need to be home to accept delivery.
• Please remove all packing materials and carefully inspect your product the same day that it is delivered. Should you discover concealed damage, it is extremely important that the damage be reported to Best Service Stores immediately.

How To Return Your Order

You may use any shipper to return your items. Returns can be sent to us at: Best Service Stores Returns - 8250 NE Underground Dr. Pillar 156G. Kansas City, Missouri 64161. Please include a copy of your packing slip with your return.

Refund Policy

Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to be processed once the item has reached our facility. Refunds are for the item price only, we do not offer refunds for shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.

Exchanges & Replacements

If you wish to exchange your unused item for a different color, style, or size, please note on your packing slip which item you would like to exchange for. You will be notified of availability when your return is processed.
