Shipping Methods

We offer free shipping via FedEx Ground or USPS Parcel Post and First Class on most products. However, we do offer 2Day, Priority and Standard Overnight options as well.

Oversize Item Delivery

If the item you purchased is larger or heavier than a standard item (e.g. Refrigerator, Large TV, Fitness Equipment, Furniture) a different shipping process will apply:

• If your item was shipped via a freight carrier, you will be contacted by Austin Bazaar's carrier to set up a delivery date and time. If you have questions, please contact Austin Bazaar.
• Someone over the age of 18 will need to be home to accept delivery.
• Please remove all packing materials and carefully inspect your product the same day that it is delivered. Should you discover concealed damage, it is extremely important that the damage be reported to Austin Bazaar immediately.

Tax Policy

How To Return Your Order

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) issued by an authorized Austin Bazaar representative. Please email us at CustomerService@AustinBazaar.com with your name and order number to obtain an RMA code.

Refund Policy

Customers qualify for a full refund (less applicable shipping fees) for any item returned in its original packaging and in new condition within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Exchanges & Replacements

Contact our customer service staff to arrange for exchanges within 30 days from the date of receipt. Customer may be responsible for shipping and restocking fees (for opened items).
