Oversize Item Delivery

If the item you purchased is larger or heavier than a standard item (e.g. Refrigerator, Large TV, Fitness Equipment, Furniture) a different shipping process will apply:
  • If your item was shipped via a freight carrier, you will be contacted by AreYouGame.com's carrier to set up a delivery date and time. If you have questions, please contact AreYouGame.com.
  • Someone over the age of 18 will need to be home to accept delivery.
  • Please remove all packing materials and carefully inspect your product the same day that it is delivered. Should you discover concealed damage, it is extremely important that the damage be reported to AreYouGame.com immediately.

How To Return Your Order

Simply re-package any item you want to return and ship to the following address: AreYouGame, Returns Department, 5585 E. Raines Rd., Memphis, TN 38115. Please include your name, order number and the reason for return.

Refund Policy

Upon receipt of the item, we will reimburse you for the item total. Shipping and handling charges will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error or the product is defective. If you refuse delivery, we will deduct the return shipping charge from your refund.
