Shipping Methods

Typically our items ship within 2-5 business days.

Oversize Item Delivery

If the item you purchased is larger or heavier than a standard item (e.g. Refrigerator, Large TV, Fitness Equipment, Furniture) a different shipping process will apply:
  • If your item was shipped via a freight carrier, you will be contacted by ThinkFastToys' carrier to set up a delivery date and time. If you have questions, please contact ThinkFastToys.
  • Someone over the age of 18 will need to be home to accept delivery.
  • Please remove all packing materials and carefully inspect your product the same day that it is delivered. Should you discover concealed damage, it is extremely important that the damage be reported to ThinkFastToys immediately.

How To Return Your Order

Please contact webassistant5@thinkfasttoys.com via e-mail to receive authorization. Please mail returns within 30 days to Atten: TFT BB returns, 34407 DuPont Blvd; Suite1, Frankford, DE 19945.

Refund Policy

We will refund your credit card less any shipping charges. Allow up to 14 days upon our receipt for your return to be processed. We require a tracking number. Please contact us at webassistant5@thinkfasttoys.com to receive authorization.

Exchanges & Replacements

We do not offer exchanges, although returns may be made within 30 days. All returns require a Return Authorization Number, which can be received by emailing us at webassistant5@thinkfasttoys.com.
