Shipping Methods

Parcel: Arrives via FDX, UPS, or USPS for APO/FPO. AK/HI and PR ship air and may incur an additional charge. Oversize: Arrive using To-the-Door or White Glove deliver M-F from 8 to 5 by appt & require you to be present.

Oversize Item Delivery

If the item you purchased is larger or heavier than a standard item (e.g. Refrigerator, Large TV, Fitness Equipment, Furniture) a different shipping process will apply:

• If your item was shipped via a freight carrier, you will be contacted by PlumStruck's carrier to set up a delivery date and time. If you have questions, please contact PlumStruck.
• Someone over the age of 18 will need to be home to accept delivery.
• Please remove all packing materials and carefully inspect your product the same day that it is delivered. Should you discover concealed damage, it is extremely important that the damage be reported to PlumStruck immediately.
