What is a warehouse sale?
Warehouse sales include open-box and clearance products that we want to remove from our stores to create more display room. With new items added daily, warehouse sales are your chance to save on all kinds of merchandise.
Where are warehouse sales held?
Events are usually held at Best Buy distribution centers. These locations are generally not open to the public.
How often do warehouse sales happen?
Warehouse sales don't happen often, and last only 2–3 days per event. Check the Warehouse & Outlet Sale page for the dates and locations of future sales.
What is an Outlet store?
A Best Buy Outlet store is a location that is open weekly and sells clearance and open-box products at significant discounts. New items are added weekly. Outlet stores are only open three days a week on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 11 a.m.–7p.m.

What types of products will be sold?
Appliances, TVs, computers and more. The selection will vary by location, and may include products from across all of the categories Best Buy sells. New items are added regularly.
What is open-box product?
Customers return opened products for a variety of reasons — a gift was the wrong color or model, or the TV or appliance was too big to fit. Some open-box products served as in-store displays. Each open-box product has been tested or inspected to verify proper working order and physical appearance. Conditions will vary.
What is the return policy?
All sales are final at both Outlet stores and at Warehouse sales. If your product is defective, please return to the Outlet store or your local Best Buy store for assistance. Geek Squad® Protection can be added to your purchase during the sale.
Is home delivery an option?
Yes, you can schedule home delivery at the time of purchase. Prices and details will be available at the location.
When do I need to pick up my product?
Warehouse sales: If you haven't scheduled a home delivery, your purchases must be picked up by a specific time on the last day of the sale. See the Warehouse & Outlet Sale page for the exact date and time.
Outlet stores: If you haven't scheduled a home delivery, your purchases must be picked up during the open hours of 11 a.m.–7 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays.
Can I arrange for someone to install my product?
Yes, you have the option of purchasing any of the great services that Best Buy offers in our retail stores, including services and installation. Details will be available at each warehouse sale.
Can I use a My Best Buy® credit card?
Yes. Warehouse sales and Outlet stores accept the same forms of payment as any Best Buy store, including My Best Buy reward certificates. You can also sign up for a My Best Buy credit card when you visit. At this time, promotional financing is not available at these events.
Will I receive My Best Buy points for my purchase?
Yes, warehouse and Outlet store purchases are eligible for My Best Buy rewards. If you aren't already a member, you can sign up for the My Best Buy reward program when you visit.
Will you price match?
No. The Best Buy Price Match Guarantee does not apply to clearance and open-box products.
Do I get a warranty with my purchase?
Manufacturer warranty coverage will vary by product. You can also add Geek Squad Protection at the time of purchase.
