no problems so far

05/23/2012Overall, I don't really have any complaints. Our company had an older model Panasonic phone system. This one works much better. The phones seem just as durable as the older ones, which is a perk. We purchased this system for the four line capabilities. So far, we have not had any problems. My only issue with the phone system is that when I am on line 1 and receive a call, if I do not switch over to the call, the phone just rings and rings. The message machine will not pick up. However, that is the only problem I have had with the message machine. I do like the feature that allows you to record your own hold music; however, I have not really tried that out yet. I would definitely recommend this system to any small business.

09/29/2009Base station seems to shut the ringer off automatically from time to time during peak business hours for every incoming line. Handsets are made of really cheap plastic and do not hold up well. We've had to replace all of our original handsets that we originally purchased. Setting up the automated attendant features require a PhD and extensive headaches. I feel the price we paid for the unit was very high for the quality of product that we received. In the process of looking for a better phone system now, as I cannot afford to miss any more calls from this phone system that doesn't even peform the basics. Steer clear of this product, you'll be better suited doing more research on another product.
