Customers find value in the AR.Drone 2.0 Elite Quadricopter's ease of use and camera quality, frequently citing it as fun and a good value for the price. However, concerns exist regarding battery life and flight time, with some users also noting challenges related to range, control in windy conditions, and wind resistance. The drone's performance in windy conditions is a recurring negative point. Improvements in these areas would enhance the overall user experience.

I would recommend this AR Drone for anyone thinking of getting a beginner level drone! Not too expensive but not too cheap! A well rounded drone with excellent camera features including a built in 720p HD camera that shoots video/pictures straight out of the drone and another built in regular definition camera that shoots video/pictures down from the drone! Cool features with the cameras is that it automatically sends your video/pictures to your operating device, iPad, iPhone, android, ect. The one thing I would strongly recommend is to only fly when there are light winds present or no winds, & do not fly your drone too high in altitude when there are light winds because there could be stronger upper level winds in which you would not realize at ground level. I would only fly high altitudes when there are no winds present what so ever! Operating range is decent, 50 meters or 165 feet. Otherwise, this is an awesome recreational hobby if you enjoy radio/wifi controlled aircrafts!

I have always been a fan of Parrot drones and started with the mini drone, which might be one of my favorites, but the AR Drone 2.0 is a boss! It maneuvers just as greatly as the mini drone, although flying indoor is a bit tricky as a bigger drone needs more space. I definitely would recommend this to anyone interested in drones but doesn't want to spend the $500+ on some of the other models. Parrot makes it very user friendly and anyone can fly it! The only con I would like to see fixed is better range for the wifi connection that the drone emits

Easy to learn, doesn't go too high up or too far away. It's a lot of fun, goes super fast yet stops instantly when you let go of the controls.
