good shave for the money Posted by: from: Raleighwood on This is a good entry level cordless razor that Philips makes for BB, Walmart, etc. Does not have the pop out sideburn trimmer that my $100 cordless had but cutter heads for that razor cost $25 to $30 by themselves. Charges pretty quick and gives a good shave even with 2 days worth of beard. They should makes these where the rechargable battery can be removed easily for replacement or recycle. Philips does not have a good track record honoring warranties in this country so be sure and register for warranty on line if you buy it.

Great Basic Razor Posted by: from: Houston, TX on I have a more expensive Norelco and I was not sure the blades needed replacement. This Norelco was just a few dollars (on sale) more than new blades for my old Norelco. Yes now I know I need to buy new blades for my old Norelco. The downside of this Norelco is there is no case and no sideburn trimmer, I am using the case from my old Norelco and I also have a trimmer so the lack of a sideburn trimmer is no problem for me.

Razor Posted by: from: toms river, nj on I purchased this razor for my 73 year old father that was still using a regular razor and shaving cream. Knowing he might not be able to manually shave much longer I had him give it a try. The first few times he had a harder time getting a really close shave. Now that he has gotten used to using an electric razor he loves it and hasn't used shaving cream for over 2 months.

fantastic buy when on sale for $29.99 Posted by: from: birmingham alabama on plugged it in, charged it, shaved. Very pleased, specially for the $29 sale price. Close shave, easy to clean, it DOES have a trimmer, fairly quiet. Seems to hold a charge fine. You can get a good close shave if you take the time.

Great Deal, No Sideburn Trimmer Posted by: from: Sarasota, Florida on As with all Norelcos, quality is exceptional, as is the shave. 30 second shave in the morning is no problem. No sideburn trimmer just means I keep my old Norelco in reserve.

Great razor for both myself and my husband Posted by: from: Ithaca, NY on I really like this razor and both my husband and I use it. I bought it for myself to use on legs and then he started using it in the mornings on his face; now he doesn't use his straight razor anymore. My model is a cordless one and it is great as I can take it anywhere and use it--out on the deck, in the bedroon and even in the car (with my husband driving!)--anywhere! It may not give the smoothness of a straight razor but I cannot come up with anything bad to say about it as I have no complaint about what it does give me. For the money, it was a wonderful purchase.

Great razor for the price Posted by: from: Hillsboro, OR on Works good, quite a bit nicer than my older one, even with new blades in the old one. The secret here is value, this razor was a great price and offers a decent shave. The only thing it lacks is the sideburn trimmer, but my old one has that so I just keep it in the cupboard and use it every couple weeks when I need a little trim.

Surprisingly close shave. Posted by: from: Easley, SC on This is the first electric razor that has worked for me. Note that this covers a 57 year shaving history! No face rash. Shaving now takes less than half the previous time. So far it has been easy to clean. All in all, I am satisfied.
