No longer works after 8 months

09/02/2013I agree w/ACooke. Same thing, however BBY wanted to charge me. I still have mine in my truck and I am going to some else. You heard another review. He sent it back and 2 months later, still no TV. TV lasted 8 months. Pyle didn't cover warranty. You have to pay for shipping and Pyle tells you to send $20 cash in the box w/the TV so Pyle can ship it back it to you. Pyle will advise you that if Best Buy installers damage the TV Pyle will not cover the warranty. Best Buy installers will not put in writing that the TV was not damage by them. Best Buy is also going to charge you an uninstall fee and a reinstall fee of around $75.00. Now, don't forget the DVD that might be stuck in the TV. (another $20+) Pyle/Best Buy will not Replace. It is up to you if you want to still purchase the product but this is what happened to us and no one wanted to help or stand by their warranty.
