First I have to say that this gorgeous sleek looking black stainless Samsung microwave, looks so much better in person, pictures do no justice.
The black stainless is elegant and sophisticated in looks, and truly does not show fingerprints and smudge marks, which I find attractive.
If you have children you will love the fact that this black stainless, shows no finger prints, smudge marks, and dirt. It just looks absolutely beautiful all the time.
Love the push buttons on the display on the bottom for me easier to reach if your not tall, but also gives the microwave a sleek beautiful more modern look.
I love the sensor feature on this microwave, and is true, it really does sense what the oven is cooking, time is exact on mine. I love the fact that on the SAMSUNG the clock feature actually stays on.
Veggies cook perfectly whether you are cooking fresh which comes out perfectly, and timed right or whether you are doing frozen steamers or other frozen veggies.
I also do use the dinner plate option a lot, and find that the sensor is accurate in not only time, but really gets the food hot. If you love hot food as I do, you will love this feature.
Also I can not believe how great my baked potatoes came in this microwave, don't know how the oven knows how long to cook them but they came out perfectly, as if I cooked them in a oven, I cooked 5 good size baked potatoes, tender and moist in the inside.
The ventilation system on this Samsung microwave truly does eliminate fumes, steam, and any cooking odors.
Another great feature is the wonderful LED cooktop lights, with the soft blue color, I love that.
And who does not love the inside of this microwave, with it's Enamel Interior, which does make this microwave stain resistant scratch free, and so easy to maintain and keep clean.
And if your someone who needs to defrost something to eat, no worry, this microwave defrosts very good, I am happy about this.
All in all this microwave is not only beautiful and elevated by the gorgeous black stainless, but for the price, a very good pick I feel.
It has other features as well, I also love using the soften/melt feature which works perfectly. It looks gorgeous in the kitchen, much prettier in person, all in all a very good microwave for the price. Could not be happier with our choice.

I bought it about last spring. The latches broke in Dec. I called for service, Made an appoint, appoint canceled. Made new appoint for 3 days later for AM ( had doc appointment in the PM) They called to come out in the PM. Called Samsung, was told that if did take the appointment , they could not come out for another 14 days. So I sit with a broken microwave not knowing when it will be taken care of. I have other Samsung products in my home, I will not have another one!! This has been the worst services I have had!!! They just do not care!!!!!!!

Find power level to work well and space inside microwave is very good. Really like the control buttons incorporated into microwave front glass.
Microwave looks good and matches look and feel of matching Samsung Range and Refrigerator. Auto cooking/heating functions work very well.
Installation requires proper mounting of wall bracket. Wall bracket must support full load of microwave. Measure from bottom of wall cabinet to mount wall bracket. Top of microwave cabinet retains captured nuts for kitchen wall cabinet mounting bolts. The microwave cabinet nuts are not installed to support load of microwave. Drawing the microwave up to kitchen wall cabinet with bolts deforms the top of the microwave case. Proper installation results in great looking appliance.

after 3 months this product no longer worked. I was able to get Samsung to send A@E factory services to repair it. A month later it was actually working again! then I am told the product was out of warranty and that I owed money for the repair......because the serial number said it was out of warranty regardless of the time of purchase. STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG!!!!!! btw after 5 day and almost 13 hours on the phone, the problem is still not resolved. Even as I type this, I am on the phone again with samsung. the product is still not even 6 months old. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE, go with anyone else

PANEL DOES NOT WORK

I went through the effort of installing this piece of junk Microwave and the electronic panel does not work. I called customer service/support they made me unplug the wire which I had already done and than they told me to turn the switch off from the electrical panel... I had never heard that one before.
The support person was some lady that had no clue, she was just reading off some things. Can you believe it before trouble shooting she told me to return the item... I also never heard that one before.
I got assigned to a repair facility that everytime I called them back I got their vm. They closed the ticket. I couldn't believe it.
I am still going thru the pain of getting the darn thing to work...:-(

Stopped Working After 4 Months

Installed this microwave on 9/13/14, and it stopped working on 1/22/15. Would lose power and reset itself when the door opens, or when you press start. Samsung customer service was horrible. Had to call 4 times before an A&E repair was scheduled. Most Samsung customer representatives did not speak good english. Repairman said the board went out. NOT GOOD!

I would not recommend buying this product. After only a few months, with very minimal use, the microwave completely stopped working. Samsung sent a repairman out and after three hours, he could not figure out the problem. I called Samsung back to request a replacement because I no longer trust the product I have. They refused to replace it because the repairman didn't declare it "non-repairable". I asked them to consider my inconvenience... they said, we follow policy and not a customer's demands. If you choose to buy this product, I would recommend adding the Geek Squad warranty along with it.

Seemed like it was a lot larger than the last one we had but all we had to do was raise the cabinets up 1 1/2" and it looks great! Really like all the added feautrures of it and the LED lighting underneath.

It is a microwave and does what a microwave should. It is nothing spectacular. It just works. I got this to replace a 20 year old GE Profile, which also worked for 20 years. The presets and sensor controls almost work, but generally overcooks or undercooks. You are better off following recipe directions. I wish I had bought another GE Profile as it would look better in my kitchen.

Doesn't heat as well or as quickly as I expected for the wattage
Door is overly large and awkward to use
I used the sensor defrost feature to defrost a package of tortillas. Ever since then, the microwave sounds about twice as loud as it should and it no longer heats anything.
I probably would've given 3 stars before it broke.
