A good overall refrigerator

Posted by: Turquoise from on 03/26/2016The refrigerator is very quiet, except for the times it drops ice. It is very modern looking and has lots of shelf space. There is a very large amount of storage space in the freezer. The door-in-door feature is very nice. The only disappointment is that although there is a lot of storage space in the refrigerated section, quite a bit of it is nearly unusable. Several shelves/racks are too narrow or too short to accommodate all but a few small or thin items. There is only one small shelf that will accommodate tall items. And the storage space behind that is not easily accessible if you have tall items in front of it. We still have plenty of storage space for our needs though. I feel like we made a good choice of refrigerators. One other thing--don't remove the water filter unless you have to. On a whim I removed it just to see how easy it would be to put it back in when I have to replace it. Due to the water pressure it cannot be put it unless the water line to the refrigerator is turned off. I had to pull the refrigerator out to turn off the water. Fortunately the flooring did not get damaged when I moved the refrigerator!
