Love it!...For example, when using the fully automatic Intelligent Auto, the lighting on the live view is pretty good, but switching to any other mode (P, A, M, etc.) lighting is very poor, even with aperture and/or shutter speed set to decent settings....In any case, I am happy with the lens, though having to switch between the 18-55 and the 55-210, is somewhat of a hassle, but the price for the 18-200 is much more of a deterrent.
With Optical SteadyShot image stabilization, this Sony NEX SEL55210 lens makes it easy to take clear, steady photos and videos with your Sony NEX digital camera. The 3.8x zoom lets you hone in on distant subjects from far away.
Great Zoom...Auto and manual focus is useful....I am still learning how to use my new camera, but so glad I purchased this extra lens with it as it has been great for taking action shots of my kids playing sports.
Nikon AF-S DX NIKKOR 55–300mm f/4.5–5.6G ED VR Telephoto Zoom Lens: Be ready for almost any shot with this Nikon telephoto zoom lens. Lightweight and versatile, this lens captures crisp images even from a distance, allowing you to take sports photos from the bleachers and extend your reach for landscape and wildlife photography. Vibration reduction technology smooths out images for blur-free panning and still photography.
Great buy...auto stabilizer helps taking good pictures....I woud rather have gotten a 70-300mm, but it still allows me to zoom in to the top of Pikes Peak from the middle of Colorado Springs.
Snap sharp, vibrant photos at a distance with this Canon EF-S 8546B002 telephoto lens, which features a 55-250mm focal length for flexible zooming and optical image stabilization to reduce the effects of camera shake.
AMAZING LENS!!!!...Picture quality is consistent and autofocus is fast....Images are sharp, and the reason I went with this instead of a 85mm 1.8 lens is because with this you can use the macro capability or just use it as a prime telephoto lens at f2.8.
Canon 100mm f/2.8 Macro Lens: This Canon macro lens enables life-size magnification of small subjects. The included macroflash makes it easy to take close-ups even in dim lighting, while the inner focusing and ring USM offer sharp images with negligible blur.
Love it....Great lens with auto and manual focus options....While it is not Canon's "L" glass, the optics seem to be very good and I am sure they will suffice for nearly all users except for top level pros.
Canon EF 70–300mm f/4–5.6 IS USM Telephoto Zoom Lens: If you're looking for a lens that gets you close to the action, this versatile telephoto zoom lens provides a longer reach for sports, weddings and events, nature photography and more. It's equipped with an image stabilizer, so you can create sharp photos and video while using slower shutter speeds. And when you're not shooting, the zoom lock button lets you keep the lens securely fixed in place.
Nice Lense...It is easy to use in both manual and automatic modes....I have gone to a few events(airshows, sporting events) and this was the main lens I used, I found that the image quality was decent, but when I zoomed into the picture on my computer, the edges of the subject were colored blue, purple, green, or yellow 80% of the time....Omg, this is a great lens that came as my package deal on my Canon camera I purchases on Black Friday and totally worth the money!
Canon EF 75–300mm f/4–5.6 III Telephoto Zoom Lens: An ideal lens for photography enthusiasts who want to take their creativity to the next level, this telephoto zoom lens provides a long focal reach for taking close-ups shots from a distance. Take action shots while sitting on the sidelines at games and events, photograph wildlife without getting too close and capture incredible details on your next vacation.
Good option...Automatic zoom is handy....If you shoot in low light a lot consider a pro lens with large aprature but if you are a normal user this lens delivers tack sharp images with or without the VR turned on.
Nikon AF-S VR Zoom-Nikkor 70–300mm f/4.5–5.6G IF-ED Telephoto Zoom Lens: Leave the tripod at home and create stunning still images and HD videos from any distance with this Nikon telephoto zoom lens. The versatile focal length allows you to capture intricately detailed photos of sports events, wildlife and distant scenery. Vibration reduction technology reduces blur caused by camera shake for crystal clear handheld photos and action shots.
Thank you wife....Image stabilization works so good even on auto....The EF 70-200 f/4L IS has surpassed my high expectations.
Canon EF 70–200mm f/4L IS USM Telephoto Zoom Lens: If landscapes are your main focus, this lens has what you need to create photos of distant scenes and captivating compressed perspectives. It's also useful for portraits and outdoor sports photography. Whether you're a professional photographer or a serious amateur, this versatile lens will be a valuable addition to your kit.
Love it!...Fast auto focus and affordable 50mm go-to lens...The 50mm lens from Nikon gives you the very best quality images , of course if accompanied by a great Nikon camera I am using it on my Nikon D2X, it works wonderfully and have taken very high quality pictures.
Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 50mm f/1.8G Standard Lens: A perfect everyday lens for any photographer, the AF-S NIKKOR 50mm f/1.8G offers fast autofocusing combined with an integrated lens coating to deliver clear and crisp images. The wide-open aperture is ideal for low-light shooting and creating images with beautiful background blur.
Good Lens....good automatic lens...For entry level though I strongly recommend having something beyond the base 16-50 which is basically the lens you get with a point and shoot....got this on a black friday deal with my sony A6000, have not used it much.
