Nice lens...Good lense...I bought this lens a few months ago to use with my Nikon D5000 because I really love outdoor photography (wildlife) and the 18-55mm that came with the camera was not getting me close enough....I am still learning how to use my new camera, but so glad I purchased this extra lens with it as it has been great for taking action shots of my kids playing sports.

Love it....Good lense....I am sure a full pro would nitpick problems with it, but as a prosumer, I find it works great for professional shots on professional websites and promotional materials....I would definately recomend this lens if you need a decent telephoto lens, I would also recomend a tripod since it can be a bit tricky to get a clear shot since the lens lacks IS.

Loving it...Not bad...I woud rather have gotten a 70-300mm, but it still allows me to zoom in to the top of Pikes Peak from the middle of Colorado Springs....I love it because you can get great candid pictures because you can be far enough away where people do not know you are photographing them.
Snap sharp, vibrant photos at a distance with this Canon EF-S 8546B002 telephoto lens, which features a 55-250mm focal length for flexible zooming and optical image stabilization to reduce the effects of camera shake.
Thank you...Great item...So I definitely do not recommend it for landscape shooting inclement weather, but for nice weather (like Los Angeles all year round) or indoor photography, this is a great lens to consider....One of he reasons I switched from Pentax to Canon was the wide variety of lenses available to the EOS family bodies - even knowing the glass was more expensive - BUT - this 10-18mm ultra-wide is very reasonably priced.
With an STM (stepping motor) and focus mechanism, this Canon EF-S 9519B002 zoom lens allows you to record ultrasharp videos or capture crisp photos using your compatible Canon camera. The UD lens element helps you take highly realistic images.
I love it....Good lens....Dont let anyone tell you that the L series lenses are not worth the extra money or theres no difference to them because there lying. This lens shoots such crisp images and focuses so fast, its awesome for sports which I have used for baseball pictures and to see the dirt particles from a player sliding into a base is just incredible. It also shoots super in low light condition and when paired with the 1.4 extender, youve got quite a lens....This lens was my dream one , it is expensive but I love it , it give real good quality , however in low light it is risky for blurring the whole photo
Canon EF 70–200mm f/2.8L IS II USM Telephoto Zoom Lens This telephoto zoom lens is an essential tool for professional photographers and skilled amateurs. The variable focal length makes it useful for photographing a broad range of subjects, and the 2.8 maximum aperture functions well in low-light situations. Snap candid portraits, stop the action at sporting events or compose wedding photos with exceptional blurred backgrounds.
Thank you....Love it....As an added benefit this lens was designed for a full frame camera, so in the future if I decide to step up to such a camera, I can still use the lens....This lens has become a favorite with my D3300 camera - really pulls in the distant image - VR is amazing - can shoot handheld lunar shots with great detail.
Nikon AF-S VR Zoom-Nikkor 70–300mm f/4.5–5.6G IF-ED Telephoto Zoom Lens: Leave the tripod at home and create stunning still images and HD videos from any distance with this Nikon telephoto zoom lens. The versatile focal length allows you to capture intricately detailed photos of sports events, wildlife and distant scenery. Vibration reduction technology reduces blur caused by camera shake for crystal clear handheld photos and action shots.
Best Lens...Nice lens....It lets just enough light in to be able to use it indoors at high ISO without the flash and still be able to stop action....Build construction is solid though it will add a reasonable amount of weight to the front of your camera (the lens weighs 1.08 lbs or about half a kilogram).
With VR (Vibration Reduction) image stabilization and an SWM (Silent Wave Motor), this Nikon AF-S DX NIKKOR zoom lens enables you to capture clear wide-angle and telephoto images. The auto, manual and auto/manual focus modes enable simple operation.
Neat zoom...Good lens...Unlike other larger zoom lens where you loose some stability while taking pictures if you have zoom extended to maximum and quality of the pictures blur, this lens took excellent pictures, even in dimmer lighting....On the plus side, this lens has enough reach for sports and wildlife photography, and includes helpful optical image stabilization (that is the OSS) that can help prevent blur from hand-shake at longer focal lengths.
With Optical SteadyShot image stabilization, this Sony NEX SEL55210 lens makes it easy to take clear, steady photos and videos with your Sony NEX digital camera. The 3.8x zoom lets you hone in on distant subjects from far away.
Great len....Great len...I have only been able to use this lens two times, but it is great to take pictures of my children from afar....It works so beautifully, and some of the pictures I have taken with my camera have also helped with some college assignments.
Designed for use with Nikon DX-format DSLR cameras with an F-Mount, this Nikon AF-S DX NIKKOR 20050 telephoto zoom lens features an SIC (super integrated coating) and ED (extra-low dispersion) glass to help you capture sharp photos and videos.
Great lens...Love it!...its a great lens but dont know if its worth the price given that off brand lenses pretty much provide the same picture for a intermediate user....Like the 16-35mm or 70mm to 200mm, the 24mm-70mm f - 2.8 is the standard zoom to complete your set of zooms with great picture quality.
Canon EF 24–70mm f/2.8L II USM Standard Zoom Lens: Built to handle the demands of professional use, this lens is durable as well as dust- and water-resistant. Fluorine coatings on the front and rear surfaces keep smudges and fingerprints to a minimum.
Amazing lens!...Good to buy....Of coarse you can go out and spend another $1000 on better lenses, but for those of us who are not making an income with this hobby, this is a terrific lens....For the same $ (or most likely less), you can buy the Nikon 35mm or 50mm which give excellent image quality, are cheap, and very lightweight and the Nikon 55-200 which is also light, cheap, and has good image quality.
Nikon AF-S DX NIKKOR 18–200mm f/3.5–5.6G ED VR II Standard Zoom Lens: This powerful and versatile Nikon standard zoom lens is a great one-lens solution for DX-format DSLRs. Its wide angle to telephoto focal range gives photographers a flexible tool to get the shot without having to switch lenses.
Great Lens!...Great lense...I am a traveler who loves to record and photograph what I see and experience, and that means that I may see something close up, or far away, within the same minute, and I have not the time or desire to change lenses....If you are considering buying this lens, then you have already done your homework and determined that Nikkor lenses offer some of the best glass on the market.
Designed for use with select Nikon DX-format DSLR cameras, this Nikon NIKKOR 2216 18-300mm f/3.5-6.3G telephoto zoom lens allows you to capture sharp shots of both near and faraway subjects and scenes.
Perfect fit....Good Lens....In my opinion, it is far better than equivalent models from Sigma, Tokina, Tamron, and experts say it is better than any equivalent digital Nikon lens as well....It has very low distortion for such a wide lens, but is a little bit softer than I had hoped, and has a bit more CA at 10mm than I was expecting.
Canon EF-S 10-22mm f/3.5-4.5 USM Ultra-Wide Zoom Lens: Get the whole picture with this ultra-wide zoom lens that allows you to fit more of the shot into the frame without backing away from your subject. This Canon EF-S lens is ideal for architectural photos, landscapes, panoramic views and wide shots in enclosed spaces. The lightweight and compact body is comfortably designed for handheld shooting.
Fantastic lens...Awesome Zoom...I used it to shoot wildlife and sports (although the focus is not as fast you can still get some decent shots)....I particularly like it is light weight as I will be climbing mountains and waterfalls for my photography needs.
Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 200-500mm f/5.6E ED VR Super Telephoto Zoom Lens: Designed for use with most Nikon cameras with an F-Mount, this super telephoto zoom lens lets you capture birds, wildlife, motorsports and events in crisp clarity. The f/5.6 constant aperture helps you achieve out-of-focus backgrounds and lets you shoot in dim lighting.
Great stuff!...Great buy...It goes to f5.6 rather quickly and even in the bright sunlight of my island paradise, pics tend to come out under exposed....In my limited use so far, I find that f/2.8 can still achieve the Bokeh effect quite nicely as well but with a more gradual blur, and seems to be the sweet spot for macro shots.
