Customers praise the 65" Class LED 4K Ultra HD TV's picture quality, ease of use, and smart TV features. Many also appreciate the price and the TV's relatively light weight, making it easy to handle and mount. However, some users have reported issues with the remote control's functionality and the reliability of the television itself. A few also mentioned concerns about the operating system and sound volume.
I have been looking at TVs for some time and was initially narrowed down on the Sony X850c or Samsung JU7100 series TVs. Both looked exceptional to me in the store and very comparable, even price. When the X810c Sony came out I didn't give it much thought until a few weeks ago when the first reviews started coming in. It was that and seeing the different models in multiple stores that helped me to focus my scope on the X810c or the Samsung JU6500 TV. I see them as very similar, but the sony reviews better and I did see some blurring on the sports content that the samsung was playing when I viewed it, which had me leaning toward the Sony and its native 120 hz panel. After seeing them again in store and both being the same price I pulled the trigger on the Sony X810c, since it has the same processor/scaler as the 850 series but minus the HDR support that I don't see as necessary at this point. So far the TV is exceptional and I couldn't be happier with its clarity and upscaling abilities, which was something I was worried about with so little 4k content available. It does not have any of the issues with conversion from HD to 4k that were common between 480p/SD content to HD. I am also please with Best Buy's price matching since it is on sale for $200 less this week which returned to me.

I am a tv freak and have had many. This Sony Bravia top the list! Love it. AND it's a rare Android tv which makes it stand head and ahpulders above the rest. Great picture and excellent features.
