We are late adopters of the U-Draw platform for Wii. In a way, the drawing controller has been supplanted by the Wii-U's tablet gamepad and stylus. However, the controller is an excellent peripheral, and this particular game is fun and well developed. You play as "Dood" who looks like a cross between a kid and a monkey. You help Dood navigate through different 2D worlds. The pen and drawing controller are used to move him left and right, make him jump, and perform other functions. To reach high objects, you can draw trampolines under Dood as he jumps into the air. There are also levels where Dood is in a ball, rolling along at speed. In those levels you tilt and pan the controller to make him go and stop. It's really innovative and fun. The only downside is there's a slight learning curve to figuring out the novel controls. The curve might be too steep for kids under 8, but my particular 8 year old son had them mastered quickly. If you have the U-Draw, this is a super game.

The game is pretty decent its fun enough. I paid 1.71 for it so I cant complain. The bad is the draw pad thing its kinda quirky doesn't work that well. If you own one you know what im talking about. But hey the game is cheap might as well give it a try its probably a $5 game at most.
