Wages Of Sin
Posted by: metalhead from: Cape Coral, FL on
If you're like me, one of the first Arch Enemy songs you heard featured Angela Gossow on vocals either from Wages Of Sin or Anthems Of Rebellion, in which case you're probably open-minded as she helped broaden the band's fan-base while simultaneously facing criticism from fans of their first three albums with Johan Liva, but let me say you should check out those other albums. Another first on Wages Of Sin is the immaculate sound courtesy of longtime producer Fredrik Nordström (Soilwork, Dark Tranquillity, At The Gates, In Flames, Dream Evil) and eventual longtime engineer Andy Sneap (Machine Head, Testament, Exodus, Kreator). Listen to the entire album from start to finish and try to pick out a flaw.
As I stated earlier, definitely check out their earlier albums with Johan as well as Wages Of Sin and the rest of their discography.
