Posted by: Dawgsrgr8 from on 03/25/2016I have an Epson Workforce 840 with built in fax. It has always been hit and miss when trying to fax documents, resulting in frustration and wasted time. Sometimes the Epson fax could not make a connection, while in other instances it would drop the fax transmission part way through the document. The Zoom USB fax modem installed easily and has faxed numerous documents without a flaw. I only wish I had purchased this modem sooner.

Great little fax modem

I like it because it's small and easy to use, once I get the software working (HylaFax on Linux). The software that comes with it for Windows and MacOS is old and useless, so I would suggest dragging out any old computer that may still be in a closet and loading Fedora or Ubuntu Linux and learning a new skill while you get your modem working.

Buyer Beware! Not for Windows 10

Works Great Just Plug and Play

Posted by: Jake from on 01/08/2016Just plug it into any USB Port on a Windows Vista and above OS and it automatically installs the drivers. Their is nothing else to do, except select it for your connection in the software you are using to dial out with.
