I don't like the new way they are handling the phones. They no longer take care of this at the store. Now they want to send it off and you have to wait 3 to 5 days (or longer if its out of stock). Out of stock on the computer so I have to wait longer even though they have the phone in store. Ridiculous. I need my phone for work. I can't take a vacation just to wait a week on my phone. This system is not helpful at all.

I got this to protect my phone, but when I accidentally dropped the phone & shattered the screen, I was told that I'd have to pay a fee because the plan doesn't cover it.

Everything is a gimmick this is not worth it. They change the rules and expect you to pay another amount of money on top of what you paid already to get insurance.
