A: RAM is upgradeable to a maximum of 32 GB. Thats the maximum supported by this processor. the laptop comes with two memory slots with 3GB in each slot. You can also upgrade the hard drive from an HDD to an SSD (solid tate drive). The hard drive slot is a serial ATA (SATA) and the bay can comfortably accommodate a 2.5mm width drive. Hope this helps!
Q: Does this computer comes with warranty? If it does, for how long? Or I have to purchase it?
A: As stated on the website, the warranty is one year. However, HP is a proven product and I would not waste my money to buy an extended warranty. HP support is superior and they will respond to any issues you may have. If it is going to have any issues, they will present themselves within the one year warranty period. By the way, this an amazing computer. I love everything about it.

A: Hello, I was also in the market for a school laptop when I went to Best Buy. I knew I wanted a 2-in-1, but I had no idea what I actually wanted. As so as I saw the HP - 2-in-1 14" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i3 - 6GB Memory - 500GB Hard Drive - HP finish natural silver, I absolutely fell in love. I highly recommend for a student. The only drawback is it doesn't have the backlight keyboard. The attractiveness and the price pulled me in, but now that I am actually using the laptop... I'm amazed. I'm completely in love. I would also recommend a screen protector, case and keyboard protected.
