I got this when i got my laptop and it has been a life saver. They are so good on answering questions and fixing my problems. The cost is high at first but pays off in long run because they do major cleanings. My hard drive went out and they fixed it for the cost of hard drive. It is a very great plan.

Have used the accident coverage a couple of times. Geek squad is eager to help, friendly and pleasant and covered issues are dealt with very professionally from start to finish. They did complete setup of phone service and transfer of info from phone to phone so I had nothing to do but enjoy the phone.

I bought a new samsung galaxy s3 which did not even last a year and the replacement I ordered under the insurance with a $100 deductible, also only lasted a year. They were all manufacturer defects. The galaxy s4 works much better and does not have constant glitches with its performance. It's a great improvement over the s3 and I got a great price on it!

i'm glad i bought the 2-year Accidental Geek Squad Protection, because i had to exercise the protection. the MotoG3 was not broken and in excellent condition, but for some reason it was not working properly and BestBuy immediately gave me a replacement on the spot.

I have been a Best Buy customer for years I never purchased anything without getting a warranty with it also I have been an Elite member for ever I think it used to be called Platinum love Best Buy

Purchased an LG phone with warranty. The phone failed. Best Buy took one off the shelf, set it up and had me out the door in 15 minutes with a new working phone.

Best buys warranties are an excellent value..For cell phones they offer a warranty that covers spills!! no one else does that..AWESOME!!
