Q: I bought a Xbox one elite 1 controller last summer and it’s starting to have some issues. I bought the 2 year protection plan. So can I just bring it into the store and will they help me with it?

Q: Is this a replacement plan or we try to repair and then get you a new one?

A: My experience was on a Xbox one, was sent in for repair, then determined a replacement was the answer. With a less than 2 week turn around. I guess not bad for a $50 plan on a $186 repair into a replacement. But once the 2yr warranty expires that’s it, you can’t renew the warranty.

Q: Hi I’m planning on getting an Xbox Series S, is it possible to trade in my old Xbox One? Also if possible would you guys accept one that doesn’t have a working disc drive?

A: AS of 9/22/20 they offer you $40.00 for the original XBox One. You'll need to give them the controller and Kinect with it to receive that amount. I looked up a few other trade ins and this is what I found. PS4Pro you'll get $175.00(gamepad must be given also.) XBoxOneX along with the gamepad turned in with it you'll receive $175.00 Nintendo Switch(the original model,not the new lite model) also $175.00 Hope this helps.
