Answered by JenniferYes!!! Take Back to the store!!! It is over Heating!! You have to dust it off and keep clean!! You're warranty should cover!!! They send out in-store and they tell you whats wrong & fix it for you!! Did the fan go out?? Because thats what happens alot of times!!? But the coverage is excellent!!! They fix & get it right back to you!! Geek squad is excellent they will also troubleshoot in the store with you!!! NO WORRIES TAKE TO THE STORE!!!

Answered by NoWarrantyTransferring a warranty is not nearly as easy as this makes it sound. I had the receipt and the previous owners info, but that was not good enough. I had to bug the previous owner and have them call to transfer it. They told the owner it would take 2-3 days. 4 days later I called and it was not transferred. They made it sound like it would take 4 more days but gave me a case number and said they would be able to set up a repair with that. I was transferred back to the repair department and they informed me I had to wait for it to be under my name. Now I am stuck waiting until Best Buy decides I deserve to use the protection plan. Horrible customer service!
