Make sure to protect your new digital imaging device. Geek Squad Protection enhances your manufacturer warranty and gives you peace of mind if your product isn't working properly. If your digital imaging device fails for an issue that we cover but your manufacturer doesn't, we'll replace your product (if one is available) or reimburse you.
Enjoy peace of mind knowing that you're covered if the unexpected happens.
To get help, just bring your product into a Best Buy store. For any covered issue, we’ll repair your product, get you a replacement (if the product is available) or issue you a store credit or gift card up to original purchase price, including taxes.
This could be a problem with an internal part, how the digital imaging device was manufactured or normal wear and tear. It could also be caused by dust, internal heat or humidity.
We take care of 100% of the costs of parts and labor for covered repairs and failures, with no hidden fees.
You’re covered if there's a power surge or fluctuation that damages your product. This includes a surge caused by a lightning strike.
