After months and months of online and YouTube reviews, I decided on the DJI 7P gimbal. As an aspiring videographer and daydreamer, I wanted to take my captures to the next level. The feature set of the 7P rivals and actually exceeds other gimbals on the market at the time of this writing with the only shortcoming being the inability to take an arc shot, 360-degree tracking shot, or orbital shot. The 7P stops short of a full circle. But the spinshot is rare and should not be used nilly willy. Other than that, it should be more than enough gimbal as I grow from less than 1 minute videos to a 15-30 minute production. If one is thinking about the purchase, go for the 7P with the tracking module. It opens up a world of opportunities with its tracking mode, built-in light, and ability to link wirelessly to the DJI mic (and maybe mic2 with a firmware update?) If you've used a gimbal before, then it will be a snap to get up and running. And if you're new to gimbals, learning curve is soft and won't take but 30 minutes to get acquainted. The DJI ecosystem is advanced behind the screws but very user friendly to allow creators to start producing very very quickly. Have fun creating!

Always go with geek squad. The added assurance they provide alone is worth the investment.
