This hoverboard is absolutely amazing. No issues yet. My son loves how easy and smooth it is. The sound quality for the Bluetooth made me very impressed. So far very happy with it.

It’s all good until you have flat tire….good luck booking appointment…there is no option for electric scooter…

Purchased geek squad product replacement for a Swagtron T1 hoverboard. The first time my kids took the hoverboard outside, the housing cracked. Contacted geek squad and found out the geek squad product replacement that I'd purchased was a complete waste of a hundred bucks and doesn't cover physical damage. Now I'm out $450 and my kids can't even use the hoverboard. This will definitely be my last purchase from best buy.
