
We purchased this warranty for our Nintendo Switch for 2 years. We have used this twice. First time our controllers went out I met the Geek Squad Manager at my service appointment . Fourteen months later it stopped charging and it was sent in for service. I was notified and updated of every process from arrival at warehouse to what they were repairing all the way to shipping back to me. Always back to me in less time than promised. I wish everytime something broke in our house I could call the Geek Squad to fix it! They are smart and quick and so helpful!
