The staff Mark M., Angel, Roy and Nancy were very helpful and patient this last week with getting my Acer Computer back online for me and with instruction on how to use my HP ENVY 5660 PRINTER photo printing feature. As well as the rest of the staff for the last four years. That's why I always come to this store for repairs and instructions on how to use my devices. Thank you!

I'm sure best buy makes money overall on these plans, or else they wouldn't sell them. It's basically like insurance, that way. But I'm a big fan of them anyway, since they've saved my bacon a few times. Better a small steady predictable investment in protection now, than a sudden unexpected major expense when your fancy phone suddenly decides to take a winger.

This is like any insurance; I purchased it hoping that I'll never have to use it; of course, if I DIDN'T purchase it, I'd have a need for it, and regret not having purchased it. The above being said, this smart phone insurance seemed much better and less expensive than a similar insurance product offered by my carrier, AT&T.

I always get Geek Squad protection on a lot of my purchases. Most of all they are really great. The only downfall with the cell phone plan is they did away with the loaner phone option. So if you lose your phone, destroy it or take it swimming..you are unable to get a new phone right then and there. Wish they would bring that part back. Overall, its a really good plan. Better than Verizon

This is little bit expensive but its nice to have service. I had it for my Note 5, full paid for 24 month at the beginning. After 5 months, i gifted my phone to my relative and no longer want to keepthis protection. Went to store with email receipt, and returned the unused premium. easy and quick,

Great value considering what some carriers are charging monthly for insurance with high deductibles on these phones. My only regret is that the BestBuy salesman didn't tell me about the loss and theft coverage plan, available at the time I purchased my first new phone.

Phone worked great until I broke the screen close to my 2 year contract finish. I AM NOT IMPRESSED WITH THE GEEK SQUAD "REPLACEMENT/REPAIR" POLICY. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY - THEY CHARGE YOU $200 TO REPAIR OR REPLACE THE PHONE!!!! WHY PAY THEM A MONTHLY "PROTECTION" PLAN WHEN THEY CHARGE YOU TO EITHER REPAIR OR REPLACE IT!!!

Geek Squad is great! When my smartphone was damaged in a fire, they ordered a replacement. When I received it, I went over and they set it up to my original contacts. Always available by phone or online.

We only had to use this once, for my daughter's LGG4, it had a factory defect. Bestbuy sent a new one very quickly with a box to return it, postage already paid, and all we had to do was keep our battery and send back the defective cellphone. Calling to activate the new phone was an easy process as well.

The Geek Squad is an excellent service to have. I purchased the protection plan just in case something should happen to my phone. Hopefully I won't have to use it but you never know if I should drop it phones are expensive to replace.

This was my first extended warranty for a phone. It acts like a insurance plan and I couldnt use it without a co payment. Plus I had to go to a Best Buy 45 miles away. I wouldn't get this again.

Get this protection only if you know you will need it. They try to tell you that your product will be covered but the manufactures warranty usually covers it.

I have had to use the Geek Squad Protection on 3 or 4 occasions. It has been a hassle free and positive experience when I have had to use it. I won't buy an electronic item at Best Buy without it!

I havent had to use it yet and i hope in ever do. but i would rather go to ac ompany i trust like Best Buy than stand in a line for an hour at AT&T.

I love my Keurig coffee system, but it does have issues and can get a little pricey. I'm just that I get 2 years out of it… a whole lot more!!
