  • No out-of-pocket costs for parts or labor: We take care of 100% of the costs of parts and labor for covered repairs and failures, with no hidden fees.
  • If there's a hardware failure, we'll repair or replace your product: This could be a problem with an internal part, how the TV was manufactured or normal wear and tear. It could also be caused by dust, internal heat or humidity. Accidental damage is not included.

Q: I need a new remote for the tv I just purchased. How do I go about getting one?

A: If it is broken, bring it to your Local Best Buy (as long as it's not from physical damage). Otherwise, you must purchase one through Best Buy or another authorized dealer.

Q: My tv was not sturdy and fell over causing the screen to crack. The TV is only 7 months old. Would this be covered with Geek Squad protection?

A: No, if they tell you it does. It's a lie!! The same thing happened to mine and I didn't get any help.

Q: which type is best for gaming?

A: Not the best for gaming in my opinion...stick to finding one with a 120hz refresh rate especially for gaming.

Q: I recently bought a Samung 43 inch UHD Smart TV, and now my TV won't cut on. Even though i bought the 2 year standard warranty for geek squad, can they still come down here and fix my TV even though I didn't buy the warranty for the TV?
