Beautiful!! I recommended having agents perform the Install however, I had a friend help me, and we carefully made the transition from box to wall with minimal issues. This TV is large and slightly difficult to handle so, professional help Install is preferable. This being a Q6 TV was well worth the price and after a year now, it is still working great with a phenomenal picture. A slight issue with glare on the screen but, the brightness of the TV can overpower that easily. Works great for bright rooms. Q LEDs are notorious for being very bright and working well with bright rooms which includes little to no burn in issues. I’m hoping this TV lasts me many many years to come. Awesome!!

This is probably the best budget Mini-LED TV if you need a screen that is not larger than 50". I got an open-box (excellent) item, and it doesn't have a single scratch. Being a mini-LED, this has beautiful, vibrant colors and deep blacks (the next best to an OLED screen). It also has much better speakers than a similar budget 50" mini-LED. I also think Google TV is much better than Fire TV, as seen in that other budget mini-LED TV. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that I noticed fast-moving horizontal lines on the screen today. Although this issue was resolved after restarting the TV, I remain concerned and wonder how these budget brands will perform in the long term. But I at least got Geek Squad protection for peace of mind.

Sony 65" BRAVIA XR A95L OLED 4K UHD Smart Google TV Model #XR65A95L I opted for Home Installation. Brian and Manny from Best Buy just left. While they were busy with the install, I was able to prop-up my feet and get my own work done [see photo]. I highly recommend Best Buy’s HOME INSTALL. While it may seem like an unnecessary ‘extra’ on top of what you’re already shelling out for a new [insert your product name here], it has always saved me time, money, and my sanity. Heck, for those of us with high blood pressure Home Install might even save our life *wink* I don’t know about you, but vague instructions, misaligned holes, or missing parts can really ‘test my patience’ even on a good day :-) Even though I AM technically savvy, the peace of mind I get with Home Install ($99+/-) is priceless: two highly knowledgeable installers transport, handle, hang, and program our TV. I don’t have to worry about dropping it, cracking the highly sensitive screen, pieces not fitting properly, missing parts, or reading allll of the instructions on how to program it or how to add/pair additional remotes. I know it will get done right and get done quickly — very quickly. As always. With Home Install NONE OF THAT IS YOUR CONCERN (oh look, there’s my smile!). If the item breaks/gets damaged during transport or install Best Buy’s got it covered, which is nice to know given smartTVs have such highly sensitive screen surfaces. And they always send two techs, making install super quick. They were done in about 20 minutes, which included unboxing, taking down the old 73” flatscreen, hanging the new tv, hooking-up the new tv, programming it, pairing the Roku remote, showing me some of the Sony remote functions, and removal of the packaging if you don’t wish to keep it. When they left they said I could contact them any time if I had any Qs or issues. Who knew that’d be just two minutes later, after they’d just left for their next appointment? I sent them a frantic text and they offered to come back when done with their current install (thank you!). Even though it was getting late, they drove back out and fixed the issue (a simple conflict with our home audio setup which they diagnosed in about 30 seconds!). Two minutes after arriving they were back out the door, and we had an amazing, quality tv that worked. Simply put, Geek Squad Home Install removes all of the anxiety while saving me time.
