Below average hit rate, subpar refractor designs, average rookie class, expensive, and generally just less fun of a rip when compared to Select and Prizm. If you’re specifically collecting baseball cards only then go Chrome over Topps Series 2, but if you’re open to collecting basketball or football instead, Select and Prizm are way more fun and a much better value.

These are awesome cards and you get some good pulls. Not all the time but most of the time. Kind of pricey but worth buying especially over the 2nd series. Those are not worth buying.
