Very good product. Easy to install and looks great. Not sure what the rear exhaust cover is for, it’s not explained in the literature.

When we removed protective coating there was a dimple in the stainless steel. Best Buy took it back and ordered a new one. Excellent customer service

Nice new 27” Trim Kit. This Trim Kit fit perfectly and makes the microwave built in to our existing cut out.

I replaced a 10 year old kitchen aid microwave which had a all stainless steel and very sturdy durable trim kit. while this replacement looks nice and clean, i’m not confident that it’s good looks will last long. the actual trim kit is a stainless steel facade. this is mostly plastic and IMO not worth the price tag. however its better than looking at an empty void in the cabinet space.
