I purchased an open box item described as being in "Excellent" condition. However, the packaging was terrible—there was no instruction manual or any paperwork included. The tripod had visible fingerprints and appeared to have been used several times. This is far from the "Excellent" condition advertised, and there was no protective bubble wrap either.

I’m never buying open box from Best Buy again. The embarrassment of a family member opening this gift to receiver a generic not even close to the same model selfie stick in the place of the go pro one. Does bust buy ever check their returns? Doubt it after this experience.
