I bought a Sony radio and had a stereo shop install it. The memory works for the radio stations but not for the clock and date. Every time I turn on the radio I have to set the clock and date.
Answered by GeekSquadSupportHello LewisB – You’ll want to get that checked out by an Autotech at your local store. It could be an issue with the radio itself, or with the installation. Please give your local Best Buy a call or visit to set up a time to get it checked out.
