The 30" Flat Top Grill is designed for versatile outdoor cooking with several distinctive features. It offers two individually and accurately controlled heat zones which allows for precise temperature management across the cooking surface. The heavy-gauge, food-grade cooking surface ensures even heat distribution and simplifies cleanup. A notable safety feature is the LED light indicator that clearly shows when the gas supply is active. The grill provides a 400 sq. in. cooking area and delivers up to 17K BTU per burner (two total) for efficient cooking. Its robust construction utilizes complete 304 stainless steel, ensuring durability. A stainless steel cover is included to protect the cooking surface when not in use. The removable grease trap is easily accessible, facilitating maintenance. A vinyl weather cover is also included for added protection.
Each grill has two separately controlled burners with up to 17,000 BTUs each. These burners are ignited with separate flamethrower ignition for improved reliability.
The grill is made of 304 stainless steel and includes a stainless steel cover for the cooking area and a removable grease trap

The Flat Top grill comes with Thermocouple activated safety valves that sense if the burner is ignited and automatically shuts the gas if the flame is extinguished. This helps keep dangerous gases from accidentally collecting.
