A: Didnt work for me
Q: how is the sound on this set?
A: I think the sound is pretty good. It's great in a small room like a bedroom. I find that Im using the sound turned up to about 6 and that is on the low spectrum of what it has to offer. Hope this helps.
A: This is a new TV.
Q: Can this tv be used as a computer monitor?
A: Technically, yes (providing your computer outputs via HDMI). The resolution will be lower than you may like, =- however. A 720p television has a resolution of 1280 x 720, so even though the monitor will be big the resolution will be low. Most entry level computer monitors have a resolution of 1920 x 1080. If this is going to be a secondary monitor (for presentations, etc.) it would work fine.
