This is a great workout! You get 4 miles completed in 50 mins! You build up a great sweat and this really helps to tone your entire body. There are no weights or bands used on this one, just cardio. The first 25 mins or so are intervals of fast walking and jogging. If you are unable to do the high impact moves, there is someone always modifying the moves for low impact. Don't let that fool you though, the low impact is still a fast paced workout! I did this DVD today for the first time and I know this is one that I will have in my collection for yrs to come! The moves are not complicated but pwerful. Leslie is very chatty in this DVD... she loves to laugh and joke with the other walkers. If that bothers you, then don't buy this; she does it often. She also has her family walking with her and you know she's having a good time. That in turn gets you motivated to have a good time! She's not fake and doesn't pretned that walking got her into shape, you KNOW it did! Buy this, you'll love it!
