Q: Do you have to be on the monthly service plan in order for the lock to work? Do I have to have two different pin pad? Will I be able to unlock this lock with my phone?

A: Hi Lisa. Thanks for the questions! It sounds like you're referencing a smart door lock. You don't have to have a monthly service plan. Generally that plan will allow you to have increased security features around recording and storing what the camera sees, for example. You shouldn't have to have two different pin pads for it. Depending on the smart lock you chose, you should be able to unlock this with your phone or potentially Siri, Alexa, Google, etc. I hope this helps out! Q: Does the product cover theft? I bought a Ring stick cam and someone stole it while I was out of town in a work trip.

A: Look into Ring on its warranty , but it has to be installed per manufacture with the tools and parts nothing deviated.

Q: The 13.99 is just a one time payment?
