my firestick remote has stopped working. I put new battles in it already. The on and off works and the volume but nothing else. Can you help me? I bought the 2 yr warranty.
Answered by GeekSquadSupportHi there. Thank you for reaching out about this! I'm sorry you're running into issues with the remote. That's definitely no fun. It looks like you've done the initial troubleshooting, which is great. I'd recommend contacting your local Best Buy store and seeing if we can get you a new remote under your Geek Squad Protection plan. You can find information about your local store at www.bestbuy.com/storelocator.
