  • If the remote that came with your projector stops working due to a covered failure, we'll replace it: Get a one-time replacement for the remote control that was included in your projector’s original box.
  • If your projector won’t turn on because of a power surge, count on us to make it right: You’re covered if there's a power surge or fluctuation that damages your product. This includes a surge caused by a lightning strike.
  • Your product, your peace of mind, our promise: If we originally installed your projector and you need a repair, we'll uninstall it for you and then bring your projector to a Best Buy store to start the repair process. After the repair is complete and you've picked it up, we'll come out and reinstall it for you.
