1st one arrived with crack and then within a month it stopped working 2nd one didn’t work at all 3rd one only made 3 cups of ice in a 24 hr period Bad product- I understand if one didn’t work but all 3 Don’t buy don’t recommend especially for $550

I love sonic ice, that’s why I purchased this ice machine. I was very disappointed. The ice melts as soon as it is made. It takes a long time to even get a glass of ice. I sent back machine.

Spend the extra money and buy an ice machine that keeps the ice frozen. This makes ice fairly quickly, however, it starts melting shortly after it’s made. When transferred to the freezer, it turns to one big block of ice.
