Geek squad 5 year warranty does come in handy and is worth it but can be a hassle. My fridge quit cooling out of no where called geek squad that day got an appointment with tech two days later. Diagnosed the fridge as a bad compressor then geek squad contracted it out to a 3rd party. Let me tell you whomever the 3rd party my fridge repair got contracted were extremely hard to get a hold of and unreliable. Ended up getting a refund for original cost and struggling to find a fridge as good as the original. Here’s the catcher geek squad will not replace an open box fridge as an equal trade. They will make you pay the difference and for a new 5 year warranty. They will only replace if the item was bought brand new and the prices of appliances do go up. I took the gift cards to hopefully find a new fridge or wait for the original one to go on sale.

I couldn't be happier with this refrigerator! The 28 cu. ft. capacity offers plenty of room for our family of four, with smart organization that makes it easy to access everything from fresh produce to frozen meals. This is an excellent freezer! I purchased the 5.0 cu.ft . It is the perfect size for 2-3 people who need extra room in addition to their refrigerator/freezer. This size is perfect for garage or basement. The efficiency is beyond what I thought it would be. I don’t even notice any additional cost on my electric bill. Having had this for almost 6 months now there has not been any accumulation of frost whatsoever which is amazing to me! I have been so satisfied with this freezer I recommended it to my brother. He purchased the 14.0 cu.ft and is equally satisfied with his! I would not hesitate to recommend this freezer to anyone! We both had ours delivered and installed by Best Buy installers. Delivery was easily scheduled and on the day of delivery we were able to track by gps on Best Buy’s app and delivery was within 10 minutes of tracking. They called to let us know at their last delivery we would be next and be there within 10-15 minutes,& THEY WERE!!! This is the best way to get and keep a customer and also to refer a customer. I am so happy with the recommendation of other purchasers that I bought this freezer & that I recommended to family. Don’t hesitate to purchase this brand, as it in my opinion equal to or better than brands at much higher prices.
