Amazing M5 Pro
I upgraded from the original iPad Pro, the 9.7”. I hope this new iPad M5 lasts as long as the original. So far it’s everything I expected and more. The screen on this iPad is amazing and bright, I cannot recommend it enough, it’s my favorite feature so far. The new front camera placement is a much needed improvement for me, as I use the iPad mostly in landscape mode. I highly recommend it.

A disappointing experience.
The first iPad that I bought would not open. The salesperson tried his best but couldn’t help. After trying at home with no success, I took it back to the store where it was exchanged with no problem. However, when I asked to have a salesperson to set it up for me, he refused, saying that they didn’t do that anymore. This was a lie, because the young man who sold us the first one that didn’t work, tried very hard to get it started. I would give him a 5 star, but the one who refused I would give a 0 if that was possible. If it is truly Best Buy’s new policy to not help the customer set up a new device, I would definitely give them a 1 star. I was very disappointed in the attitude of the salesman who would not help us. As far as the new iPad, I finally found out how to set it up myself and it works fine. I like it very much and I would give it a 5 star.
