As this is a handmade item there will be slight differences in every clapper. Wood is a natural material. There will be variations, including knots, texture, and grain variations. These have a nice wide routed groove on each side for easy handling. Every clapper is finished with a smooth sanding process with no finish applied to the wood. This means that your clapper is ready to use right out of the box with no maintenance to be had. These clappers will last a lifetime and become an heirloom item for your family.
